Dental and brow clinic in Saravanampatti
Dr. Shruthi Keerthana treats teeth and creates natural-looking brows, lip blush and skin results, all in one clinic on Thudiyalur Road.
Inside a tooth
Step 1 of 6Enamel
The hardest substance in the human body, and it can't grow back. Cleaning, sealing and early fillings keep it intact.
Crown
When decay or a crack changes its shape, fillings, caps and smile design rebuild it to match your other teeth.
Roots
Hidden in the jaw. Root canal treatment saves an infected tooth instead of pulling it out.
Dentin and pulp
Under the enamel is softer dentin, and at the centre the pulp: nerves and blood vessels. A root canal removes infected pulp, cleans the canals and seals them.
Whitening
Coffee, tea and time stain enamel. Professional whitening lifts those stains under supervision. How many shades lighter depends on your teeth.
Shade B1Check-ups every six months
A check-up catches small problems while they're still small, and you hear honestly what your teeth need.

Consultation
Your brow shape is mapped to your face and the technique is chosen for your skin type.
First session
Pigment goes in. Brows look bold for a few days, then soften as they heal.
Touch-up
About a month later the shape and depth of colour are refined. Most clients finish here.
How permanent makeup sits in skin
Step 1 of 4Skin has layers
A thin outer layer, the epidermis, sits over the thicker dermis, with a soft cushion of fat beneath.
Depth comes first
Too shallow and pigment flakes away while healing. Too deep and it blurs and turns grey-blue.
Pigment sits shallow
Brow and lip pigment goes just below the surface, in the upper dermis, shallower than a tattoo. Strokes stay crisp.
It fades softly
Because it's shallow, it fades gradually, usually over 1 to 3 years. A colour boost keeps it fresh.
